  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml milk

  • 120 ml water

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, water, eggs, salt, and sugar. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes to allow the gluten to relax and the bubbles to subside.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
