  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, dried rosemary, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the meat. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
