Ingredients

  • 480 ml beef broth
  • 450 g beef stew meat
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft.
Step 3
Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
Step 4
Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to coat.
Step 5
Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, then add salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour, until the beef is tender.
Step 7
In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Drain the noodles and add them to the beef mixture.
Step 9
Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes to combine flavors.
Step 10
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
