Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place the rib tips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Cover the rib tips with another sheet of aluminum foil and seal the edges.
