  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
Step 3
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
Step 4
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
