Ingredients

  • 60 g black olives
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 3 green onions
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 450 g refried beans
  • 240 ml salsa
  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 30 g taco seasoning

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 5
Place two tortillas over the beef mixture, overlapping them as needed.
Step 6
Spread half of the refried beans over the tortillas.
Step 7
Add another layer of the beef mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheese.
Step 8
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle the sliced black olives and chopped green onions over the top.
Step 10
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
