In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped conch meat, bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and hot sauce.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C (350°F).
