  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika, and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and pour in the chicken broth.
