  • 1 egg
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g tomato sauce
  • 100 g uncooked rice
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, uncooked rice, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Step 4
Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce and water. Pour this sauce over the meatballs.
Step 6
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
