  • 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1500 ml whole milk

Directions

Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the mixture in the slow cooker.
