A delicious combination of crispy shrimp coated in a sweet honey sauce with crunchy caramelized walnuts.
Directions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Add the walnuts and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and place on a baking sheet to dry.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add cornstarch and mix until it becomes a batter.

Dip each shrimp into the batter and coat well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Place the fried shrimp in a bowl and pour the honey mayo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Transfer the shrimp to a serving plate and top with the caramelized walnuts.
