  • 5 g baking soda
  • 115 g butter
  • 450 g crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
