  • 240 grams all-purpose flour
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 113 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 2.5 grams ground cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2.5 grams salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.

Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
