  • 1 cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp herbs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.

Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
