  • 1000 ml oil for frying
  • 18 Oreos
  • 200 g pancake mix
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the pancake mix and water until smooth.
Step 3
Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.

Carefully place the battered Oreos into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
