  • 175 g butterscotch chips
  • 240 ml corn syrup
  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 160 g rice krispies cereal
  • 175 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
Step 3
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
Step 4
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 5
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 6
Spread the melted chocolate and butterscotch mixture over the cereal mixture in the baking dish.
Step 7
Allow to cool and set before cutting into bars.
