  • 2 liters apple cider
  • 1 liters apple juice
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 750 ml grain alcohol
  • 750 ml vanilla vodka
  • 200 grams white sugar
  • 12 whole cloves

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, add the grain alcohol and vanilla vodka to the mixture. Stir well to combine.

Strain the mixture to remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves.

Pour the moonshine into sterilized mason jars or bottles and seal tightly.
