  • 225 g mascarpone cheese
  • 150 g mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 450 g ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and orange zest until evenly distributed.
