  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the fresh mint and cilantro leaves thoroughly under cold water.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green chili, lemon juice, yogurt, salt, sugar, and water.

Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. If the chutney is too thick, add a little more water to achieve your desired consistency.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
