  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • 1 red onion
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, green bell pepper rings, and kalamata olives.
Step 2
Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Step 5
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
