  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1000 grams potatoes
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized chunks.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the potatoes and let them steam dry for a few minutes.
Step 5
Toss the potatoes in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.

Spread the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer.
Step 7
Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
Step 8
