  • 900 g fingerling potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g parsley
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Wash and halve the fingerling potatoes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
