  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 24 whole water chestnuts

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Marinate the water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Wrap each water chestnut with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Step 4
Roll the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts in brown sugar until evenly coated.
