This homemade Crunchwrap Supreme is a delicious and fun-to-make alternative to the fast food favorite. Packed with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, fresh veggies, and wrapped in a crispy tortilla, it’s perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Directions
Step 1
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 2
Add taco seasoning to the beef along with a bit of water (as directed on the seasoning package). Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Step 4
Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread some nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Step 5
Add a scoop of the seasoned beef on top of the cheese sauce.
Step 6
Place a small corn tortilla on top of the beef.
Step 7
Spread some sour cream on the corn tortilla, then add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 8
Fold the edges of the large flour tortilla towards the center to create a hexagon shape, fully enclosing the filling.
Step 9
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the Crunchwrap seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
Step 10
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
