  • 100 g black olives
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 450 g rotini pasta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Directions

Step 1
Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 5
Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
