Ingredients

  • 2 Chilean sea bass fillets
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well to create the marinade.
Step 2
Place the Chilean sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 4
Remove the sea bass fillets from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
