  • 50 g chopped green onions
  • 150 g chopped tomatoes
  • 230 g guacamole
  • 450 g refried beans
  • 230 g salsa
  • 230 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 90 g shredded lettuce
  • 60 g sliced black olives
  • 230 g sour cream
  • 30 g taco seasoning mix

Directions

Step 1
Spread the refried beans in an even layer on the bottom of a serving dish.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning together until well combined. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
Step 3
Layer the guacamole on top of the sour cream mixture.
Step 4
Spread the salsa evenly over the guacamole.
Step 5
Sprinkle the shredded lettuce over the salsa.
Step 6
Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the lettuce.
Step 7
Top with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.
Step 8
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
