Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for another minute.

Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion and spices. Remove from heat.
