Ingredients

  • 113 grams butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 120 milliliters key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar.

Add melted butter and mix until crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 23 cm (9-inch) pie plate.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.

Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
