  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 3 green onions
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 200 g rice vermicelli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Step 5
Add the soaked vermicelli to the pan, tossing to combine with the vegetables.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated.

Add the bean sprouts and chopped green onions, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
