Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

Mix in the vanilla extract.
Step 4
Gradually blend in the flour and nuts until the dough comes together.
Step 5
Shape dough into 2.5 cm balls and place them 5 cm apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, until bottoms are lightly browned.
Step 7
Remove from oven and cool slightly on wire racks.
Step 8
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Once cooled, roll again in powdered sugar.
