  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 30 grams fresh parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley.
Step 2
Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
Step 3
Mix everything together thoroughly using your hands until the spices are evenly distributed.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into small, oblong kebabs, about 2 inches in length.
Step 5
If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 6
Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through. If baking, place the kebabs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 7
Serve the kofta kebabs hot with pita bread, a side salad, or your favorite accompaniments.
