Ingredients

  • 150 g beef
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 g glass noodles
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 30 ml sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 150 g spinach
  • 25 g sugar
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Add carrot, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Add the beef slices and cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Step 6
Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
Step 7
Add the soaked glass noodles and the soy sauce mixture to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
