  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 quart oysters
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add celery and green onions, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
