  • 500 grams carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1000 ml vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chopped carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
