Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Place the butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt while the oven is preheating.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.

Once the butter is melted, remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter into the hot dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
