  • 3 tbsp meringue powder
  • 480 g powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar and meringue powder.
Step 2
Add water and beat on low speed until the ingredients are combined and the icing is smooth.
Step 3
Increase the speed to high and continue to beat until the icing forms stiff peaks, about 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
If the icing is too thick, add more water a few drops at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap touching the surface of the icing to prevent it from drying out.
