  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 15 grams poultry seasoning
  • 15 grams salt
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 whole duck
  • 1 whole turkey

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Debone the turkey, duck, and chicken, leaving the legs and wings intact on the turkey.
Step 3
Season each bird with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Step 4
Prepare the stuffing by finely chopping the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Sauté in butter until softened. Allow to cool.
Step 5
Lay the turkey out flat, skin-side down. Spread a layer of stuffing over the turkey.
Step 6
Place the duck on top of the turkey, skin-side down. Spread a layer of stuffing over the duck.
Step 7
Place the chicken on top of the duck, skin-side down, and spread the remaining stuffing over the chicken.
Step 8
Carefully fold the sides of the turkey up and over the chicken and duck to form a tight package. Use kitchen twine to tie the turducken securely.
Step 9
Place the turducken in a roasting pan and pour the chicken stock into the bottom of the pan.
Step 10
Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Baste occasionally with the pan juices.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
