Ingredients

  • 1 bunch basil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.

Pour in the cream and stir well. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy tomato sauce. Mix in the fresh basil leaves.
Step 7
Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.
