  • 5 g baking soda
  • 240 ml buttermilk
  • 50 g white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, baking soda, and white sugar.

Gradually add all purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
