Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 60 g bread crumbs
  • 30 g butter
  • 450 g cooked chicken breast
  • 400 g cream of chicken soup
  • 300 g egg noodles
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 200 g sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen peas. Mix well.

Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
