Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1
Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Step 2
Place the corn on the cob on the trivet, stacking them if necessary.
Step 3
Secure the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
Step 4
Select the Manual or Pressure Cook button and set the timer to 2 minutes.
Step 5
When the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release by moving the valve to the venting position.
Step 6
Carefully remove the lid and use tongs to take out the corn.
Step 7
Optionally, brush the corn with butter and sprinkle with salt before serving.
