  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the egg mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until melted.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the edges start to set.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
Step 6
Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Step 7
Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
