Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple, then slice off the rind. Cut the pineapple into 8 long wedges and remove the core.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.

Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over all sides of the pineapple wedges.
Step 5
Place the pineapple wedges on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the sugar is caramelized.
