  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 900 grams beef chuck roast
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 grams tomato

Directions

Step 1
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic, diced onion, bell pepper, and diced tomatoes.

Pour in the beef broth.

Sprinkle the cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
