Ingredients

  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g spaghetti

Directions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside with the chicken.
Step 5
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Step 6
Return the cooked spaghetti to the skillet over low heat. Add the chicken, bacon, and the egg mixture. Toss everything together until well combined and the sauce coats the pasta.
Step 7
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
