Ingredients

  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 250 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 g salt
  • 115 g unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. Add 100 g of granulated sugar and mix well. Set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining 100 g of granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish, making sure it covers the bottom evenly.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
Step 7
Spoon the fruit mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
Step 9
Let the cobbler cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
