Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 115 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 240 ml milk
  • 6 peaches
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Place the sliced peaches in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and 100 grams of sugar. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
Step 4
Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
Step 5
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
Step 7
Spoon the peach mixture on top of the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean.
