  • 2 g black pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 800 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g Italian sausage
  • 10 g Italian seasoning
  • 60 ml milk
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 5 g salt
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 15 g sugar
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 800 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, and milk. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until evenly browned on all sides. Remove meatballs and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until softened. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Step 4
Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
Step 6
Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
