Ingredients

  • 6 bacon rashers
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 sausages
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large pot, add the sausages and bacon rashers. Cook until they are browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pot, add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft.
Step 4
Add the sliced potatoes to the pot, layering them with the cooked onions.
Step 5
Place the browned sausages and bacon rashers on top of the potatoes and onions.
Step 6
Pour the water into the pot, then season with salt and black pepper.
Step 7
Cover the pot and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 1.5 hours.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top before serving.
